A consummate innovator, Dave is obsessed with finding new ways to do things. He has worked in the ideation world for over 15 years, starting off as an innovation facilitator at General Mills. He subsequently founded his own innovation company and has led hundreds of ideation sessions and creative problem-solving events.
He has a Master’s in Creativity, Innovation and Change Leadership from the University of Buffalo in New York. He’s certified in KAI, Myers-Briggs, and Insights Discovery psychometric tools.
Dave is passionate about helping people communicate and ideate more effectively as individuals and within a team.
An avid historian, when he’s not leading an ideation session or tending to one of his four children in suburban Minneapolis, you can find Dave digging up 19th century privies in search of valuable bottles and other relics from that bygone era.
